Chief Executive Officer Rosey Koberlein oversees strategic planning and leadership for all of Long Companies, including Brokerage, Mortgage, Title and Insurance. With more than 25 years of real estate experience, Rosey has served in branch and senior management positions within Long Realty Company since 1991. Based in Tucson, Long Realty Company, a part of HomeServices of America, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate, has been helping generations of Arizonans achieve their dreams of homeownership since 1926. Long Realty Company is the leading real estate brokerage company operating in Southern Arizona and offers an unparalleled level of award-winning residential and commercial real estate services through a network of more than 1,400 licensed real estate associates in more than 39 offices, including 23 affiliate realty and property management companies that are independently owned and operated in Phoenix and throughout Arizona and into Mexico. Prior to joining Long Realty Company, Rosey served as a branch manager at Mason McDuffie Financial Corporation in Northern California and Director of Employment and Training programs for the City of Cleveland, Ohio. Rosey received her Masters of Public Administration from Kent State University and is a Certified Residential Broker. Rosey plays an active role in the Tucson community and currently serves on the board of directors for the Tucson Association of REALTORS Multiple Listing Service (TAR/MLS), the Pima County Real Estate Research Council, and the Carondelet Foundation. She is also on the board of directors of Realty Alliance, a national organization made up of more than 135 of the country’s most elite real estate firms. Rosey is an active member of the Southern Arizona Leadership Council, Women at the Top (WATT), Habitat for Humanity, and is a proud participant in the Long Realty Cares Foundation, a philanthropic organization that provides a venue for Long Realty sales associates and employees to collectively contribute to enhance the quality of life in Arizona. In addition to her local commitments, Rosey frequently speaks at the national level, on topics ranging from real estate to mortgage and title issues. In 2004, Rosey was awarded by TAR for her outstanding service, and in 2005, was recognized as one of Tucson’s “Women of Influence” by Inside Tucson Business. In March 2010, Rosey was honored with the YWCA’s “Women on the Move” award for her achievements in the workplace and the community. A Pennsylvania native, Rosey resides in Tucson’s Foothills area, where she enjoys cooking, walking her dog, Sadie, and taking pride in the success of her employee’s professional and personal lives. |
